Shipping, Exchanges, Repairs
As all items are handmade to order, please allow approximately *1-2 weeks for production* in addition to shipping time.
For custom orders please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production. If you need an order expedited, contact us at info@AVILLAjewelry.com, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Avilla ships worldwide with shipping costs calculated based on location at checkout via USPS First Class International. Orders can take up to 6 weeks in transit.
If you have an issue with you delivery once it has arrived to your home country, please first contact your local postal service and if they are not able to assist you contact us, we're happy to help!
**Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
If a package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs, we are only able to re-ship or refund your order once we have safely received the package back. Couriers do sometimes charge return fees, and any refund offered will be minus these fees which can amount to 25% of the total.
14 Day Exchange Policy
Since jewelry is made-to-order, returns are not accepted unless an item is damaged upon arrival. Jewelry can be exchanged for store credit or another item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and buyer must assume shipping costs.
We are happy to repair (if possible) your jewelry for free for the first year after purchase. After one year, a repair fee will apply. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
