Shipping & Production

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 1–2 weeks for production. Custom orders may take 4–6 weeks. Expedited requests can be accommodated—email info@avillajewelry.com.

Domestic: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
International: Shipped via USPS First Class International. Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges & Repairs

Returns are accepted only for items damaged upon arrival. Exchanges for store credit or another item are available within 14 days.

Jewelry repairs are free for the first year; after that, a repair fee applies. Shipping charges may apply. For repairs, email info@avillajewelry.com with your name, order number, purchase date, and a photo of the piece.
