About~ We love brass and bronze for their ability oxidize and form a patina over time. Depending on your skin chemistry, they may turn your skin green. This is harmless but if you wish to avoid this, we suggest avoiding wearing it in very warm environments or purchasing sterling silver or gold instead. The pieces can be plated but this is only temporary and involves harsh chemicals which is why we choose to leave it in its pure form, the way the ancients did.

Care~ We love to leave the patina on our brass and bronze pieces but if you prefer high shine, they can be polished with a jewelry polishing cloth or cleaned with a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda (avoid the latter option on pieces with stones or other non-metal materials).

We love 10k gold for its earthy, rich gold color. Because of its copper content, it can oxidize slightly over time. If needed, it can be polished with a jewelry polishing cloth.
